Stavanger Svømmehall – Stavanger, Norway
The Stavanger Svømmehall is where it all began for SwimEye. Our first system was installed here in 2005. It has been a big part of our success story and a proving ground for our computer vision detection system.
Austevollbadet – Storebø, Norway
Drowning detection has been installed in the deep end of this 25m swimming pool, providing lifeguards with extra support in the most challenging part of their pool. SwimEye is perfect for supervision of inflatable play structures and other water play elements, where it is quite simple for a swimmer to become trapped underwater.
Sundhöllin – Reykjavik, Iceland
Sundhöllin is the oldest swimming pool in Iceland, with a history that dates back to 1937. The facility underwent a major renovation and they installed SwimEye in the old swimming pool, for the facilities’ reopening. After just three months in operation at Sundhöllin, a second SwimEye system has been installed for their shallow water pool.
Tumlaren Bad & Rehabilitering – Kungshamn, Sweden
A multi-pool aquatic center with a 25m lap pool, a play area and a very small therapy pool (6.50 x 4.50m). SwimEye has overcome challenging light and shade conditions in these swimming pools.
Gamlingen – Stavanger, Norway
Gamlingen is a busy leisure centre in the heart of Stavanger, our home town. SwimEye drowning detection is installed in a 25m swimming pool and also provides monitoring to a long access ramp. We have also installed CCTV at this facility, providing security vision of a smaller children’s pool.
Haukeland Children’s Hospital – Bergen, Norway
SwimEye has been installed in the swimming pool at the Haukeland Children’s Hospital.
Sauda svømmehall – Sauda, Norway

SwimEye investigates Drowning Detection With New Simulations
To further improve the accuracy of its drowning detection technology, SwimEye conducted advanced simulations in Stavanger Swimming Hall before Christmas. The goal was to better understand the subtle and often silent movement patterns that occur when a person is in distress — and to train the system to recognize these critical signals.
